The Position

Bilingual Call Center Representative


ALCOLOCK VA is currently looking to fill a Bilingual Call Center Representative position for our Henrico, VA location. This position is responsible for scheduling installation appointments and client program services and ensure timely professional service.


  • Performs administrative tasks to support the Alcolock VA Program Coordinator
  • Answering telephone inquiries and promoting the alcohol interlock program’s products and services
  • Schedule and receive payment against client programs for installation, monitor, reset, early service, removal and other necessary appointments
  • Research, audit and resolve assigned service centre inventories and InterTrack software compliance and usage
  • Instruct clients on how to use the alcohol interlock device
  • Locate and retrieve client records as requested
  • Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Responsible for and assisting with any diagnostic checks on vehicle necessary to download Interlock
  • Other duties as assigned.

Winning Profile:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish/English
  • Strong Inter-Personal Skills to manage both customer and employees
  • Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Criminal Records Search, clean Driver Records Search, and clean Drug Test
  • Familiar with commonly used software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browsers
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
