Intermediate .NET MVC Developer

Details

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Intermediate .NET MVC Developer for our Toronto, ON office. The Developer will design and develop software in Visual Studio, WebServices and SQL Server. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast growing company where the individual’s effort will have a strong impact on the success of both, the projects and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow technical lead’s specifications and instructions to develop and test corporate applications. Maintain acceptable levels of technical and process documentation.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong .Net MVC development experience with relevant proficiency in relational databases (preferably SQL Server and DB2). Must also have skills and working experience in :
  • C#, .Net MVC, SQL Server, WCF, LINQ & Entity Framework, IIS
  • Jquery, Javascript, HTML/5, Bootstrap, XML, Json, CSS3, Razor, ASP, RDLC Report
  • JavaEE, Websphere, Eclipse, DB2 as assets

Working Conditions:

  • Must be prepared to operate in a busy, challenging, and demanding environment.
  • Working in areas where continual background noise and distractions can occur.
  • May be required to work outside normal hours, both weeknights and weekends.
  • May be required to wear a pager and respond to off hour requests / issues.
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
