The DRIVESAFE elite Bluetooth places convenience, ease of use and accuracy into one discrete device. It gives the user flexibility to use it with or without their smartphone, making it practical and versatile. When the device is used on its own, coloured lights on the device’s display will indicate one of the three results: Pass, Warning or Fail. For more details on a user’s exact BrAC (Breath Alcohol Content), pair it with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Once paired, the user can get a numerical value associated with their result and scroll through their pervious breath tests within the device’s History page.
This device, much like its counterpart the DRIVESAFE™ elite, uses a one-button design, ideal for first time users. “Our DRIVESAFE product line ensures road safety through user-friendly designs. If we want users to take a proactive approach to ensure their sobriety behind the wheel, simplicity and accuracy is the way to get us there,” noted Felix J.E. Comeau, Chairman and CEO–Alcohol Countermeasure Systems (ACS).
DRIVESAFE breathalyzers have been trusted by transportation safety professionals for over 25 years, providing a single point of reference for unbiased evaluations of BrAC.
“Here at ACS, we continuously look for innovative ways to develop our products. Our customers’ needs for safety are top priority,” added Felix J.E. Comeau.
The DRIVESAFE elite Bluetooth contains an industry leading electrochemical sensor, which is standard for law enforcement breathalyzers used in roadside screening. The DRIVESAFE elite Bluetooth gives precise results in seconds and can be used within temperature ranges of 5 to 50 °C.
